Building Trades

Building Trades students learn construction skills through a residential building approach.  First-year students work on models contained within their shop.  A single-family residence is constructed each year by our second-year students. Specific techniques learned include framing, roofing, exterior finish, interior finish, plumbing, and masonry skills.
