Description
Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management students work in a commercial kitchen with professional equipment. Lessons focus on cooking and baking techniques, knife skills, cake decorating, catering, sanitation, nutrition, and more. This program emphasizes careers in the culinary industry from chef training to restaurant management.
